Heather Rose Gin (70 cl, 40% vol.)

The production of Heather Rose Gin is a two-stage process, starting with the distillation of neutral alcohol in a 500-litre pot still fitted with a botanical basket to give the drink its foremost aromas.

Once distilled, the gin is infused with rose petals and heather flowers at room temperature for several days to add more flavour and colour.

This gin is truly hand–crafted and small batch, with each batch producing just 280 bottles, all still bottled by hand at the distillery.

‘Heather Rose’ is a festive gin that is ideal as an aperitif or for celebrating a special occasion. Its beautiful mahogany colour hides a secret that is only revealed when tonic is added.

It’s a floral, fruity and sweet gin with powerfull aromas.

Botanicals used: juniper, coriander seeds, orange peel, lemon peel, liquorice root, rose petals and purple heather flowers.

A cocktail that is both simple and original: Pour one shot of Heather Rose Gin into a chilled champagne flute, top up with chilled Schweppes Tonic. With its combination of rose petals and heather it takes on a Prosecco character with a pink blush (its secret). Fragrant, floral and light, sweet yet spicy.
